How Nashora licensing works
You pay for Nashora once a year. The licence covers the system, the users and the modules in your plan, and you get free updates during the year. There is no per-module add-on to hunt for later: if a module is in your plan, it is switched on.
On top of the licence there is a one-time installation fee, paid in the first year only. It is the work of getting you started: installing and setting up your company, training your team and, on the higher plans, importing your data and setting up payroll and WPS for you. The installation fee is included in the first-year total shown on each plan, so there is no surprise later.
When the year ends you renew the licence at the same yearly price. The installation fee is not charged again.
What decides your price
- Active users. Every plan includes a set number of users: 3, 10, 15 or 30. Extra users are AED 588 a year on Starter and Enterprise, and AED 708 on Business and Complete. Only people who log in count; staff who only check in or use self-service do not.
- Payroll employees. Only counted on plans with HR and payroll. Complete includes 25 and Enterprise includes 100. Extra payroll employees are AED 96 a year on Complete and AED 72 on Enterprise.
- Companies. Each extra company is 60% of the plan price, with its own books. Enterprise is built for several companies and separate TRNs.
- Modules. Starter is books, invoices and VAT. Business adds CRM, sales, purchasing and full inventory. Complete adds HR, attendance and payroll.
Which plan should you choose?
Starter: books and UAE VAT
For a small trading or service company that needs proper books, invoices and VAT returns. You get the full accounting and VAT software, including the FTA Audit File, bank reconciliation and multi-currency, with basic stock.
Business: add sales, purchasing and a warehouse
For a growing company with a sales team and stock to manage. It adds the CRM pipeline, quotations through to delivery, purchasing approvals and full inventory with lots, serial numbers and landed costs. See the CRM, sales and inventory software for how it fits together.
Complete: the whole company in one system
For a company that wants HR and payroll next to the books. It adds employee records, attendance machines, leave, WPS payroll, gratuity and employee self-service. Read more about HR and WPS payroll software.
Enterprise: groups and custom needs
For larger companies and groups. It adds several companies, an own-server option, custom reports and development, a 4-hour response time and a named account manager.
