2. What these terms cover

These terms cover this website only: its pages, forms and the WhatsApp chat. Use of the Nashora ERP software is covered by a separate licence agreement or order form that you sign with us. If that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement applies.

3. Information on this website

• The content is general information about Nashora ERP. We work to keep it accurate and up to date, but we can't guarantee it is complete or free of errors at all times.
• Screenshots show sample data from a demo company, not real customers.
• Features are improved over time, so details may change. Your proposal and licence agreement describe exactly what is included for you.
• Information about VAT, payroll, WPS or other rules explains how the software helps. It is not tax, legal or accounting advice. Please ask your accountant or adviser about your own situation.

4. Demos, trials and quotes

• Demos and trials are free and you are under no obligation to buy.
• A quote is valid for 30 days unless it says otherwise. Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and exclude 5% VAT unless stated.
• A contract exists only when both sides have signed or accepted a licence agreement or order form. Sending a form on this website does not create a contract.

5. Your information

When you send a form or message, please give correct details and only send information you are allowed to share. How we handle your personal data is explained in our privacy policy.

6. Acceptable use

When using this website, you must not:

• use it for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
• send false details, spam, or details of another person without their permission;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or any connected system, or test it for weaknesses without our written permission;
• overload or disrupt the website, or use bots or scrapers to copy its content;
• upload or send viruses or other harmful code.

We may block access or refuse requests that break these rules.

7. Intellectual property

The Nashora name and logo, the Nashora ERP software, and all text, images, screenshots and design on this website belong to Nashora or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use when evaluating Nashora. You may not copy, change, sell or republish them without our written permission.

8. Other websites and services

This website links to services run by others, such as WhatsApp and Google. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.

9. Availability

We try to keep the website available at all times, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We may change or remove any part of the website at any time.

10. Liability

The website is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as UAE law allows, Nashora is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or the inability to use, this website or its content, including loss of profit, data or business. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws of the Emirate of Sharjah. The courts of Sharjah have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
