In short: we only collect what you send us, we use it to answer you, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time. This website uses no advertising, no tracking and no cookies.

1. Who we are

This website is run by Nashora ("Nashora", "we", "us"), Al Nahda, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. We are responsible for the personal data collected through this website.

2. What we collect

  • Request a demo form: your name, company, e-mail, phone / WhatsApp number, company size, number of users, what you are interested in and your message.
  • Contact form: your name, e-mail, and optionally your company and phone, plus the topic and your message.
  • WhatsApp chat on this website: your answers (name, company, phone, what you are looking for, team size, preferred demo time and notes) stay in your own browser. Nothing is sent to us until you press Send on WhatsApp. The message then goes through WhatsApp and we receive it like any WhatsApp message.
  • When you e-mail, call or WhatsApp us: your contact details and what you tell us.
  • Technical data: like every website, our hosting provider automatically records basic access logs (IP address, browser type, page requested and time) to keep the website running and secure.

We don't ask for sensitive data such as health, religion or financial account details. Please don't include them in your message.

3. Why we use it

  • To reply to you, arrange and give your demo, and prepare a proposal or quote. You give this information by sending the form and ticking the consent box.
  • To follow up on your request and, if you become a customer, to set up and support your Nashora system.
  • To keep the website secure and working, and to prevent misuse of our forms.
  • To meet our legal obligations, for example keeping business records.

4. E-mails we send you

When you send a form, we automatically send you one confirmation e-mail. After that we contact you only about your request. We don't send newsletters or marketing e-mails unless you have asked for them, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

5. Who we share it with

We never sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with the service providers we need to run this website and communicate with you:

  • Website hosting (Vercel Inc.) runs this website and the forms.
  • E-mail (Google, through Gmail) delivers the form e-mails to us and the confirmation e-mail to you.
  • WhatsApp (Meta) handles messages, if you choose to contact us on WhatsApp.
  • Google Fonts, which supplies the fonts of this website. Your browser connects to Google to load them, which shares your IP address with Google.

We may also share data where the law requires it, or with professional advisers under confidentiality.

6. Transfers outside the UAE

Some of these providers store or process data outside the United Arab Emirates. We use well-known providers that protect data with industry-standard security and contractual safeguards.

7. How long we keep it

  • Enquiries and demo requests that don't lead to a contract: up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted.
  • Customers: for the length of the business relationship and afterwards as long as UAE law requires us to keep business records.
  • Hosting access logs: kept for a short period by the hosting provider, normally a few weeks.

8. How we protect it

The website runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Form details are sent directly to our mailbox and are not stored in a public place. Access to enquiries is limited to the people who handle them.

9. Your rights

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), you can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal data we hold about you, and give you a copy;
  • correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
  • delete your data;
  • restrict or stop using your data, including stopping all contact;
  • withdraw your consent at any time. This doesn't affect what we did before you withdrew it.

10. Cookies and browser storage

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. It keeps one small note in your browser, only for the current visit, so the "Need a free demo?" bubble isn't shown to you twice. It contains no personal data and disappears when you close the browser tab.

11. Data inside the Nashora ERP software

This policy covers this website only. When a company uses the Nashora ERP software, the business and employee data it enters is handled under that company's licence agreement with us. The company decides what data it enters, and we process it only to provide, support and back up the service.

12. Children

This website is meant for businesses and is not aimed at anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from children.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our website or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. Important changes will be shown on this page.
