Nashora ERP is a cloud business system that combines accounting, VAT, sales, purchasing, inventory, CRM, HR, attendance and payroll in one place. Everything shares the same data, so an invoice, a delivery or a payroll run updates the books automatically.

Yes. VAT is calculated on every document, VAT returns are prepared by period, and the FTA Audit File (FAF) can be exported and validated from the system. Nashora also produces PINT-AE e-invoice files for your accredited e-invoicing service provider.

Yes. Payroll produces the WPS SIF file for your bank or exchange house, along with a bank transfer file and payslips. UAE gratuity and final settlements are calculated too.

No. Nashora runs in the web browser on desktop, tablet and phone. There is nothing to install for your users.

Yes. Customers, vendors, products, opening balances, employees, attendance, leave balances and salaries can be imported from Excel. Our team can help with the import during setup.

You decide. Roles control what each user can view, create, edit, delete, approve and export in every module, and whether they see their own records, their team's or everyone's. Sign-ins can be protected with two-factor authentication.

Yes. You choose your base currency and can record transactions in other currencies with exchange rates.

Yes. ZKTeco, eSSL and BioTime machines connect through their cloud-server (ADMS) setting, Hikvision face and fingerprint terminals through HTTP listening, other machines through the Nashora API, and machines without a network by importing their punch log. Each machine is added in Settings, and employees are matched by their ID on the machine.

Yes. Nashora includes live chat between colleagues and voice and video calls with screen sharing, a whiteboard and recording — no extra app needed.

Yes. Products can be tracked by lot with expiry dates or by serial number, across warehouses and bins, with expiry ageing reports. Landed costs such as freight and customs are added to the product cost.

Yes. Each company gets its own Nashora with its own books, TRN, VAT return and staff, so the companies stay fully separate. Tell us about your group and we'll advise on the setup.
